Due to declining roadway condition resulting from snow and icy road conditions and a winter weather advisory in the Richmond area, the December 9th board meeting is cancelled/postponed. On December 9th, given the wintery weather and freezing temperatures affecting the roadway in the Richmond, Virginia area, the office will be open and operating regular business hours but at a reduced capacity.
